Encore Trax are available
online for purchase by Internet Download or on CD shipped to a Continental USA or Canadian address.
Continental USA shipping is via US Postal
Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). USPS can
be shipped to a PO Box or a Physical street address. UPS
requires a Physical street address only.
Canada shipping is only available thru UPS
or Internet Downloads. UPS requires a physical street
address, no PO Boxes.
Shipping charges that will be shown online are for the Continental USA shipping only. Canada
orders can now select their shipping for UPS Ground. Any
other type of UPS shipping will have the online shipping charges recalculated for
your particular street address and emailed to you for approval
& confirmation before we ship. Canada clients if you
select any other shipping than "Canada UPS Ground" please
watch your email account closely until we send you the
recalculated shipping for your approval. If you
accidentally select an unavailable shipping type we will make
the correction and charge your credit card for the correct
postage. International
orders outside of the USA or Canada will now only be available for Internet download.
CD's cannot be shipped Internationally, effective August 1,
2004.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may
cause our International clients but International orders
cannot be calculated automatically online and requires extra
steps to process plus we have to hand carry these shipments to the Post
Office each day and fill out additional paper work.
The new Internet Download service will save
most of our International clients money and the tracks will
be available for download instantly.

In your shopping cart when you are prompted to enter a "US state" select "No State/Province"
as this selection is only for calculating Oklahoma sales tax and if you live anywhere
other than Oklahoma in the USA there will be no sales tax
added.
We cannot ship COD. We accept Master
Card, Visa online (in US funds). Personal
checks drawn on banks outside the US are not accepted.
All money orders
or credit card orders must be in US Funds.
We now offer PayPal payments. You can
use PayPal even if you do not have an account with PayPal.
Using the PayPal method you can pay by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card
among others. Published pricing is subject to change
without further notice.
For Canada orders, CD customers will be
responsible and should be prepared to pay any Custom Duty to
UPS (not included on shipping charges) upon delivery.
When you order downloads there are no duties or
extra fees.
Customer is subject to a $5.00 charge if a
wrong or insufficient shipping address is provided. If
re-shipment is necessary, customer is also responsible for
re-shipping postage.
You will not have any backordered items as
all CD's and downloads are processed individually.
CD's that have already been custom burned
cannot be cancelled even if they have not shipped. Items
that have already entered the shipping or download process cannot be
cancelled. Customers from Canada, AK, HI
& PR will incur a slightly higher shipping charge. Internet
download is the best choice for these locations.
Encore Trax will ship items at no cost to
the customer on defective/replacement items via UPS Ground or
US mail.
Benson Sound or Encore Trax assumes no
